Students take part in regular ecological and industrial field trips. We’ve been praised for our close links with industry and associated professional bodies, and are pleased to provide good employment prospects for our graduates. For students considering a career in exercise science, Glamorgan gives you the opportunity to study some of the country’s most challenging academic courses. We have the largest and most effective research group of exercise physiologists in Wales.
You will be taught by academics that are undertaking relevant study in the field and regularly review and advise on elite international journals. Students can study a full-time, part-time or “sandwich” course (where you’ll spend one year in a work placement). Whichever style of study is chosen, all students have a personal tutor who can help with any academic or pastoral problems, as well as future study and career choices.
